PrintFOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: October 22, 2015 The field is set for the 2015 KHSAA Field Hockey State Tournament, which begins with the quarterfinal round on Saturday at Bellarmine University’s Owsley B. Frazier Stadium. Saturday’s action begins at 2 p.m. with Christian Academy-Louisville (16-5) versus Louisville Collegiate (7-10) at 2 p.m., followed by DuPont Manual (15-4-2) against Ballard (10-8) at 3:45 p.m. The quarterfinal round continues with defending state champion Assumption (23-1) facing Mercy (17-9) at 5:30 p.m., and concludes with Sacred Heart (19-6-1) squaring off against Presentation (6-12) at 7:15 p.m. A complete bracket can be found at the following link: http://khsaa.org/fieldhockey/2015/fhbracket.pdf The state tournament resumes with semifinal games on Monday, October 26th at 5:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. Thursday’s championship game is set for 8 p.m. The semifinals and championship game will be webcast live through the NFHS Network with links available at KHSAA.tv.
