                          ]]>                                                     Current Fast Pitch Softball Alignment https://khsaa.org/current-fast-pitch-softball-alignment/ Thu, 11 Dec 2014 12:03:42 +0000 http://khsaa.org/?p=14500 The Kentucky High School Athletic Association shall sponsor postseason competition in the team sport of girls’ softball, provided that there is sufficient interest of the membership and such is approved by the Board of Control. The Commissioner shall divide the state into geographic sections with the approval of the Board of Control.
                          The alignment shall be reviewed for changes to be effective with the following school year following the January Board of Control meeting each year when requests for potential basketball alignment changes are considered.
                          In the interim, newly added or deleted programs will be handled on a case by case basis by the Commissioner’s office.

                          As of January 1, 2025, the alignment is as follows (with manual notations to be made during the transition to the KHSAA360/ArbiterSports system):
