These two non-administrative openings will be filled as soon as possible and are regular, part-time positions with a 25-hour per week work schedule. The KHSAA operates regular business hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and these positions will normally operate within that schedule.

The positions are support staff position (clerical/secretarial/administrative support) and reports directly to the Office Manager. Duties may include:

  • Opening and distributing mail;
  • processing checks and credit card requests received;
  • serving as a primary contact answering telephone;
  • assistance with specific aspects of special programs;
  • providing assistance to the rest of the support staff;

    The family of former KHSAA Commissioner Louis Stout has established a memorial fund in honor of the former Commissioner’s 31 years of service to the KHSAA. Mrs. Anna Stout has requested that donations be made to the Louis Stout Memorial Fund for Students, c/o KHSAA, 2280 Executive Drive, Lexington, KY 40505. The KHSAA will provide a receipt for any such donation, which is fully tax deductible and 100% of all donations will be used for special projects in his name specifically benefitting students and will not be used in any way by the General Fund of the KHSAA.
