Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:

Coach Billy Anderson served 39 years in the Kentucky School systems, coaching 39 years of varsity baseball & 14 years of varsity basketball. In baseball, he compiled 579 wins with Nicholas County, Deming, and Williamstown. Coach Anderson led the Blue Jackets to 21 regional tournament appearances and in 2000 won the 10th Region & Semi-State Championship. In 1988 he was elected to the 10th Region Coaches Hall of Fame. In 1997 he was a charter member of the Kentucky High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame. Billy is a 1955 graduate of Nicholas County & 1960 graduate of Morehead State University where he pitched baseball and helped the Eagles win an OVC Championship in 1957.
