Thank you for agreeing to work the 2026 State Indoor Track & Field Championships presented by UK HealthCare. Below is the list of your duties and explanations of reporting times (all times Eastern Time zone).

EVENT DETAILS

• Dates: March 3-4-5
• Location: Norton Healthcare Sports & Learning Center
• 3029 W Muhammad Ali Blvd., Louisville

CHECK-IN
Worker check-in is at the security entrance (map below). Please be sure to dress warmly if you are at a check-in gate. Staff at check-in will have an event staff badge for you to wear if you don’t already have one.

PARKING

• Parking – https://khsaa.org/track/2026/indoor/parkingmap.pdf
• Workers will be mailed a parking pass to park in Lot B.
• You will enter through the security door for check-in.

MEALS 

• A box lunch will be provided each day.

WORKERS ASSIGNMENTS

• KHSAA Staff
  • Arrival time, Tuesday (Mar 3) – 7:30 AM
    • Grey Polo / Cobalt Pullover LS 
  • Arrival time (Mar 5-6) – 7:45 AM
    • (Mar 4) Black Polo / Black LS
    • (Mar 5) Navy / Navy LS
• Ticket Gate: John Campbell (ALL), Glenn Spalding (ALL), Ken Craig (ALL), Trey Smallwood (THUR), Dana Etter (TUES/WED)
  • Arrival time – 8:30 AM
• Team Check-in Gate: Kathy Smith (ALL), Barb Kok (ALL)
  • Arrival time – 8:00 AM
  • We will have an electronic list on a laptop for you to use when teams check-in. 
  • You will distribute team packets and send the coaches back outside to distribute numbers and coaches passes to the team. 
  • Jeanie from our office will be near with a help desk for any questions or issues. 
• Worker/Official/Pass Gate Check-in: Mary Alice Greenamyer (ALL), Marsha Day (ALL) 
  • • Arrival time (Mar 3) – 7:30 AM
    • Arrival time (Mar 4-5) – 7:45 AM
    • We will have an electronic list on a laptop for you to use when people check-in.
    • Officials get a gift (should have polos).
    • Workers get a KHSAA Event Staff badge, if needed, and gift.
    • Media members will get a yellow media vest and gift.
• Public Address Announcers: Chris Hawboldt (ALL), Mac Yocum (ALL)
  • Arrival time – 8:30 AM
  • Brian Milam in our office will be assisting you 
• Team Area/Mezzanine: Frank McGowan (ALL)
  
  • Arrival time – 8:30 AM
  • Teams will not be permitted in certain areas and we will have instructions for you upon arrival.
• Back Hallway Security: Bobby Day (ALL)
  • Arrival time – 8:30 AM
• Awards: Debbie Beichler (ALL) 
  • Arrival time – 9:30 AM
