Ms. Marnitz was a standout performer in softball for 6 years, was a standout basketball player for 5 years, played golf for 6 years and lettered two years in soccer. She earned numerous honors, including the title Miss Softball in 2003, Regional Softball Player of the Year in 2002-2003, All-Region and All-City Basketball in 2002-2003 and led her golf team to a State Runner-Up finish in 2003, while earning All-Region honors.
