12/23/25 – Track & Field Online Rules Clinic for Coaches & Officials Now Available
PrintThe mandatory online KHSAA Rules Clinic for the sport of Track & Field is available through your Arbitersports Eligibility Dashboard on KHSAA360. *New for 2025-26, the clinic is the same for both indoor and outdoor track. Note: If you coach/officiate both indoor & outdoor seasons, and complete the clinic in the winter, you will not be required to view a second clinic in the spring and will receive credit for the outdoor season.
COACHES
- Coaches should look for the 25-26 Eligibility tab labeled 2025-26 Track & Field and clearly labeled Coaching at: https://app.arbitersports.com/eligibility/coach
- The clinic is required for all coaches (varsity, junior varsity, and freshmen), regardless of whether or not the coach receives pay.
OFFICIALS
- Officials should look for the 2025-26 Track eligibility tab and clearly labeled Officiating at: https://app.arbitersports.com/eligibility/official
- The clinic is required for all officials desiring to officiate in the postseason.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS
- If you have forgotten your password, you will need to set your password on the
arbitersports.com login screen (select “Forgot Password”).
DEADLINES – COACHES
- December 23 to January 12 – The clinic may be viewed at no charge during this period.
- January 13 to February 14 – The clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($100) during this period.
- February 15 to March 1 – The clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($200) per the Bylaw 27 schedule during this period.
- After this time, the clinic will be unavailable, and postseason penalties per Bylaw 27 will apply.
DEADLINE – OFFICIALS
- December 23 to January 12 – The clinic may be viewed at no charge during this period.
- January 13 to February 7 – The clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($30) during this period.
- February 8 to February 22 – The clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($60) per the Bylaw 27 schedule during this period.
- After this time, the clinic will be unavailable, and postseason assignments will not be available.
COMPLETING THE CLINIC

- The presentation can be viewed on most PC or Mac desktops and laptops, along with many HTML5-enabled mobile devices and tablets.
- NOTE: If you are using an Apple iOS device (iPad/iPhone), then you will either need to:
- Disable Safari browser’s pop-up blocker, or
- Install the Chrome browser from the iOS App Store
- Prior to beginning this clinic, please test your browser for compatibility by running the test at the following link:
- Other Clinic Notes
- You will be required to advance each slide.
- Once you advance to the last slide of the presentation, you will receive credit for the clinic and receive a completion certificate via email.
- NOTE: It can take up to an hour for the clinic completion to post to your Eligibility Dashboard.
- Please, DO NOT re-take the clinic.
- As long as you see the Green “Completion Criteria: Met” message once you finish the last slide, you will receive credit (and be emailed a completion certificate).
- You do not have to view the clinic in its entirety in one setting.
- You can exit and resume at any time.
- When you return, simply click or tap on the Play Icon to resume.
- Note that this must occur on the same device – you cannot resume on a different device at this time.
- Each person who views the clinic must be logged into their account in order to receive credit.
- If taken using anyone else’s email address other than your own (including your administrator’s), you will be required to retake the clinic.

About the Kentucky High School Athletic Association
The Kentucky High School Athletic Association was organized in 1917 and is the agency designated by the Kentucky Department of Education to manage high school athletics in the Commonwealth. The Association is a voluntary nonprofit 501(c)3 organization made up of 289 member schools, both public and non-public.
