08/02/13 – KHSAA Student Leadership Conference Information

The KHSAA, for the 13th year, will be sponsoring its HYPE Student Leadership Conference.  We will again be conducting two events this year.  We realize August is a busy time of the year with the start of school, but hope you are able to take advantage of the conference to help kick off the school year.

 

Conference Dates/Sites

Monday, Aug. 19 – Lexington Center (next to Rupp Arena)

Tuesday, Aug. 20 – Sloan Convention Center, Bowling Green

 

Thanks to our sponsors, there is no registration fee or other costs, other than you are only responsible for transportation and lunch.  Each school may select and send up to 18 students.

 

Featured Speaker is Sam Adams from Denver Colorado – “Exercise Your Right to Laugh”

Also, Heather Schultz will conduct her “Live, Laugh, Lead!” breakout and Asbury University will be on hand with its teambuilding/ropes course exercises…plus more!
