Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
Cullan's KHSAA golf accomplishments are impressive. As a state tournament qualifier six consecutive years (2012-17), Cullan left his mark with a state individual title in 2016. He also finished as a runner-up in 2015 and 2017. As the 2015 two-round tournament ended, Cullan was tied with 136, which a the time was a course tournament record. After a four-hole playoff, Cullan finished as a runner-up. Cullan was a three-time Region 1 individual champion (2015-17). In 2016, Cullan was named the Player of the Year by the Kentucky Golf Coaches Association and Golf House Kentucky. Having his life cut short after a courageous battle with cancer while still in college, we will never know the true heights of Cullan Brown's golf career.
