Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
Mr. Watkins has made countless contributions on district, regional and state level athletic administration. Some of his achievements include serving as Director of Athletics, Jefferson Co. Schools, charter member of KHSADA (also serves as director of state conference), former Director of State Football Playoffs, Director of Louisville Invitational Basketball Tournament, and State Instructor Coaches Education Program.
