Mr. Mills was an All-District, All-Region and All-State basketball player for Clay County; One of Clay County's most outstanding players before signing with the University of Kentucky; One of first players in the state with ability to dunk. Led his team to consecutive State Tournament appearances in 1952 & 1953.
