Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
Mr. Steltenkamp has provided sports medicine coverage for the Jefferson County area for the last 20 years. He helped start the first sports medicine outreach program to high schools in the area. He has organized the KMA/KHSAA Medical Syposiums for 20 years. He has provided education to high school student trainers through camps and symposiums in which numerous students received scholarships to college to pursue sports medicine careers.
