Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
Mr. Collins has been involved with swimming all his life. He was the first state title winner at Conner HS in 1971, the year he set the state record in freestyle as a sophomore. He was a two time record holder in the 50 & 100 freestyle at the 1973 state meet.
