Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
Mr. Dawson was named head coach of Track & Field at Lafayette High School in 1961. He won two state championships and tied for a third. He was named head football coach and track & field at Millersburg Military Institute in 1964 and had a 26-5 record in football and won State Championship in Track & Field in 1966.
