KMA/KHSAA Sports Safety Course-Non-KHSAA Coaches and those without a KHSAA360 (ArbiterSports) coaching record, and the General Public

Use this option to take / complete the course but you are NOT a KHSAA member school coach or do not already have a coaching record in KHSAA360 (ArbiterSports)
Use this option if you are a Middle School coach or any other type of coach that needs to be certified that is not a KHSAA Member High School Coach. and you do not already have a coaching record in KHSAA360 (ArbiterSports). This is also provided for the general public.
You will be taken to the landing page where you can access any one of the eight modules of the course.
It is critical that you accurately complete the Guest Book when you begin a module.
The required information for the Guest Book is: First and Last Name, email address, Company (School) Name, and School Type (High School, Middle School, Elementary School, or Other).
Please verify that the email address entered is accurate and that you have access to it, as this will be the email account where the 8 completion certificates will be sent.
You will need to watch a short instructional video below prior to beginning the course.
You can view the 8 modules in any order, but you must complete all 8 modules to be certified. The courses do allow users to leave and resume, but ONLY on the same device. If viewing the course using Safari browser on an iPhone/iPad/Mac, you will need to disable the Safari pop-up blocker or use Google's Chrome Browser.
If you are ever hired at a KHSAA-member high school, when the high school administrator adds you to their school account in KHSAA360 (ArbiterSports) using that same email from above, your sport safety completion dates will automatically populate and reflect in your high school account.
Upon completion of each module, you will be emailed a certificate for that module completion.
Those 8 module certificates can then be provided to your athletic administrator(s) if required.
Once you have completed all eight modules, the certification is valid through the end of 2027-28 school year.
Per KRS 160.445, if you are a coach at a Kentucky school, you must have this certification 100% complete prior to the first day of practice for your sport or sport-activity.
