GE35 – Midway University/KHSAA Student-Athlete of the Year Nomination Form
Print- Varsity high school student-athletes (Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors*) competing in the 19 officially recognized KHSAA sports and sport-activities are eligible to compete for the Midway University/KHSAA Student-Athlete of the Year Award.
- Each Student-Athlete of the Year in each sport or sport-activity will then be eligible for the annual Midway University/KHSAA Female and Male Student-Athlete of the Year Award.
- This awards will be presented at a banquet on Midway University’s campus in Midway, Kentucky in late spring or early summer.
- School administrators and/or coaches can nominate any qualified high school student-athlete.
- Nomination deadlines for each sport will be detailed in notification to each school but in general, will be twenty-one days prior to the first day of regional competition in each sport and sport-activity.
- Nominations become the exclusive property of Midway University & KHSAA and will not be returned. All nominations must be made online.
- Players can be nominated and win in more than one sport and are eligible to be nominated and win in multiple years of competition.
