She also received the OVC Academic Medal of Honor that year. She sat on the sideline for the 2004-2005 with a medical redshirt. She led her team to the OVC Semifinal tournament game in the 2005-2006 season. The team fell short, but she was named to the All OVC Tournament Team. She is currently ranked 10 on the Morehead State University career three-point field goals made for a career and she only played two years. Her college basketball career was cut short due to lower back and hip pain.
