His goal is, and always has been, to develop young men of character who are prepared to step into life after high school basketball. Winning has been a byproduct of the demands he places on his players of discipline, respect, attitude, and work ethic. He continues to be available to all of his players even after graduation. His ability to motivate and coach young athletes is confirmed by winning a KHSAA Boys Sweet Sixteen Championship and a Class AA Boys state track championship.
