Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
Mr. McGinty's long and distingushed three sport officiating career begin in 1968. His many accomplishments include: Outstanding Football Official 1995, calling numerous playoff and Championship games from1974-2002. He served on the First Board of Directors, First Region Basketball Officials Association beginning in 1972, calling two girls' and one boys' State Tournament games.
