Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
Mr. Morse's outstanding 4 sport career began in 1960 officiating basketball and baseball. He is also a long time football official calling a total of 30 playoff games. In 1995 he was named Kentucky Official of the year, 2002 KHSAA Supervisor of the year.
