Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:

1990 & 1991 1st team All-State Basketball 1990 & 1991 Ky State Tournament MVP. Back-to-back Sweet 16 MVP 1991 Kentucky's Mr. Basketball. 1991 Kentucky all-star team Career points: 2005 Rebounds: 1121 Dunks: 158 Jermaine led Fairdale to Back to Back State titles in 90-91. The last team to do that was Male in 74-75. He is a two-time state tournament MVP and a two-time all-state selection. He also was named Kentucky's Mr. Basketball and played on Kentucky all-star team which split with Indiana. Jermaine helped Fairdale to a 70-8 two-year record in 90-91 including two state titles, two LIT titles, back-to-back 6th region titles, and a King of the Bluegrass title. Jermaine originally signed with Wade Houston at Tennessee before finishing his career at Georgetown College in Ky. Not many athletes are as decorated as Jermaine is.
