Nominee's Accomplishments at the High School Level in Kentucky:
Mr. Manley has been a promotiong source for high school athletics in Mt. Sterling for over forty-six years, and he also has been a driving force in helping promote all the KHSAA State Championships. Dan's contributions have allowed many local area fans to enjoy nights of listening to high school events.
