ATHLETIC DIRECTORS

  • Each school should review their student-athletes and let us know immediately of any necessary changes (i.e. data errors, misspelling of names, incorrect grade (or graduation year), etc.) by emailing us at trresults@khsaa.org
  • It is important that you send corrections to this email address to ensure all parties are aware of the changes.
  • Each email will be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
  • This list is a live document and as changes occur, the website will be automatically updated.

INDIVIDUAL QUALIFIERS

  • Coaches are reminded that they can only withdraw athletes from the state meet on the proper form referenced below.
  • If a coach withdraws an athlete, there are no substitutions.
  • If the withdrawal is received before the deadline, the KHSAA will pull in the next best qualifying time/mark.
  • Please note, that the names highlighted in red indicate that a school has more than the maximum number of entries.
  • It is the responsibility of the member school administration and coaching staff to check for athletes who may have qualified in more than the NFHS maximum of 4 events. Coaches shall also submit a withdrawal for those athletes as well.
  • These withdrawals must be submitted via form: WITHDRAWAL FORM
  • The deadline to withdraw is also 8:00 AM ET on Tuesday, February 27.

RELAY TEAM QUALIFIERS

  • Those schools with qualifying relay teams MUST submit a maximum of 8 names. Those 8 names cannot change after submitted.
  • From these 8 names, each can declare 4 runners with the clerk on site.
  • Athletes must come from the KHSAA Indoor Track & Field Postseason Roster.
