Congratulations to all participants and coaches who have qualified for the 2024-25 KHSAA State Dance Championships presented by UK HealthCare! First and foremost, we would like to thank the regional host schools for all of their hard work and the success of the regional competitions.

There are several items for your review on the Dance page of the KHSAA website, including the state instructions, time schedules, order of appearance, maps, and more. Slight changes may occur as each school reviews the time schedule for accuracy. 

TIME SCHEDULES

PARTICIPATING TEAMS CONFERENCE CALL

  • Participating Teams are also invited to join the KHSAA in a conference call that will take place on Monday, December 9 at 2:30 PM (ET).
  • Details about joining the call will be sent to participating coaches. State Championship details, including parking, check-in procedures, ticketing, and other pertinent details related to attending the event, will be discussed.

STATE INSTRUCTIONS

TICKETS

  • Tickets are also on sale now! Encourage your fans to purchase early!
  • Encourage your fans to purchase early as the price will be lower, all fees included if purchased prior to midnight on the day of the event.
    • The single session price increases by $3, all fees included, after midnight on the day of the event.
    • A multiple-session pass is also an option.
    • The price for the multiple-session pass increases by $5, all fees included, after midnight on the day prior to the event.
    • Kentucky Children’s Hospital is sponsoring FREE tickets for all children 10-and-under (but still must be “purchased” through GoFan).
  • All tickets will be sold online via GoFan, the KHSAA’s official digital ticket vendor.

About the Kentucky High School Athletic Association

The Kentucky High School Athletic Association was organized in 1917 and is the agency designated by the Kentucky Department of Education to manage high school athletics in the Commonwealth. The Association is a voluntary nonprofit 501(c)3 organization made up of 289 member schools, both public and non-public. The KHSAA awards 229 state championships to 72 teams and 270 individuals in 21 sports and six sport-activities, funds catastrophic insurance coverage for its more than 109,000 rostered member school student-athletes, provides coaching education and sports safety programs for more than 12,000 coaches and licenses and facilitates the distribution of training material for over 4,000 contest officials.
