01/14/25 – Swimming & Diving Regional Entries Due this Weekend
PrintEach school entering individuals and relays into their KHSAA Regional Swimming & Diving meets must enter using Hytek Meet Manager, HyTek Team Manager HyTek Team Manager Lite, by emailing an entry file to the Regional Administrative Official or their designee on or before 5 p.m. ET, Sunday, Jan. 19. Except for any clerical errors, region entries may not be accepted or changed following 5 p.m. ET, Sunday deadline. Contact KHSAA Assistant Commissioner Sarah Bridenbaugh, sbridenbaugh@khsaa.org for any issues after the deadline.

RELAY CARDS FOR 2025 SWIMMING
- As a reminder for coaches, being listed on the card does not count as an event unless the competitor actually competes in the event.
- In each relay event, eight (8) individuals may be designated, and it shall not count as an entry unless the competitor actually competes in the event.
- Any of these eight (8) individuals may swim in the prelims and/or finals (of regionals, state first round, or state finals) provided he/she does not exceed the permitted entries for that meet.
- Once the eight (8) names are submitted for regional (before 5 p.m. ET, Sunday, Jan. 19), those eight names are the same through the regional, state first round and championship state final meet held at the University of Kentucky.
DIVING
Diving coaches are reminded that in addition to entering athletes through Hytek, each contestant shall submit a description of dives on www.divemeets.com which includes the number, the position, the degree of difficulty, and the order in which dives will be attempted for all levels of the competition (preliminaries through the finals).

- January 21: Regions 2, 4, 5, 7
- Boys Warm-up 8:30 AM
- Boys Dive 9:30 AM-12 PM
- Girls Warm-up 4:30 PM
- Girls Dive 5:30 PM-9 PM
- January 22: Regions 1, 3, 6, 8, 9
- Boys Warm-up 8:00 AM
- Boys Dive 9 AM-12 PM
- Girls Warm-up 4:30 PM
- Girls Dive 5:30 PM-9 PM

About the Kentucky High School Athletic Association
The Kentucky High School Athletic Association was organized in 1917 and is the agency designated by the Kentucky Department of Education to manage high school athletics in the Commonwealth.
