10/22/24 – Swimming & Diving Rules Clinic Now Available
PrintThe mandatory online KHSAA Rules Clinic for the sport of Swimming & Diving is available through your Arbitersports Eligibility Dashboard.
The clinic is required of all coaches (varsity, junior varsity, and freshmen), regardless of whether or not the coach receives pay as well as all licensed officials.
Note: New for the 24-25 school year, you no longer log into the KHSAA School Portal to view your rules clinic or complete your other Bylaw 25 requirements. All Coaching functions have been migrated to the newly developed KHSAA360 System (in ArbiterSports).
If you have yet to log into the KHSAA360 (Arbitersports.com) system, you will need to set your password on the arbitersports.com login screen (select “Forgot Password”).
OFFICIALS
- As they are a condition of postseason eligibility, in the top black bar on the main page for https://khsaaofficials.org, select ELIGIBILITY
- Select that you want the 2024-25 Postseason Eligibility by clicking on 2024-25 Postseason Swimming (for swimming only) or 2024-25 Postseason Diving (for diving only).
- You will see a Blue Hyperlink that says Take Online Clinic
- Go through the clinic following the instructions including any require
- Please note it may be as much as 24-hours before your score is posted
DEADLINE FOR OFFICIALS
- Oct. 20 to Jan. 6 (Officials) – the Clinic will be online only and may be viewed at no charge during this period.
- Jan. 7 to Jan. 14 (Officials) – the Clinic will be online only and may be viewed for the makeup fee ($30) during this period.
- Jan. 15 to Jan. 29 (Officials) – the Clinic will be online only and may be viewed for the makeup fee ($60) during this period. After this time, postseason penalties per Bylaw 27 will apply.
COACHES

- Jan. 14 to Jan. 21 (Coaches) – the Clinic will be online only and may be viewed for the makeup fee ($100) during this period.
- Jan. 22 to Feb. 5 (Coaches) – the Clinic will be online only and may be viewed for the makeup fee ($200) during this period. After this time, postseason penalties per Bylaw 27 will apply.
The presentation can be viewed on most PC or Mac desktops and laptops, along with many HTML5-enabled mobile devices and tablets. Please test your browser for compatibility by running the test at the following link:

You will be required to advance each slide. Once you advance to the last slide of the presentation, will receive credit for the clinic and receive a completion certificate via email.
You do not have to view the clinic in its entirety in one setting. You can exit and resume at any time. When you return, simply click or tap on the Play Icon to resume.
Each person who views the clinic must be logged into their account in order to receive credit. If taken using anyone else’s e-mail address other than your own (including your administrator’s), you will have to re-take the clinic.

About the Kentucky High School Athletic Association
The Kentucky High School Athletic Association was organized in 1917 and is the agency designated by the Kentucky Department of Education to manage high school athletics in the Commonwealth.
