09/30/20 – State Golf Participant Information
PrintThis information is for Athletic Directors and coaches of boys’ and girls’ golf teams and individuals that advanced to next week’s Leachman Buick-GMC-Cadillac/KHSAA State Golf Championships at Bowling Green Country Club.
Congratulations on advancing to the event next week. While golf has started on its normal dates, we all know that this fall has not been normal. Below you will find preliminary state event participation. Please review it carefully as there are several changes due to COVID-19.
Most importantly within the instructions is that there will not be on-site group rules meetings due to social distancing. These meetings will be conducted via Zoom web conference on Friday, Oct. 2 at 9 and 10:30 a.m. (ET) for boys’ coaches and 1:30 and 3 p.m. (ET) for girls’ coaches. It is important that a representative (AD or coach) participate in one of the conferences as you will be responsible for communicating information to your participants. Instructions for joining the video conferences have been emailed to each Athletic Director and each coach.
