The detailed information below should answer any questions you have, but as always, feel free to reach out for anything else. You have a worker listing attached to an earlier email in case you need phone numbers, emails, etc. If you have issues contact me at 502-432-1327 or Mr. Tackett at 859-229-3916 or Mr. Cope at 859-351-1833

Game schedule
Friday, 2:00 and 7:00; Saturday, 1:00, 4:30 and 8:00; Sunday 2:00. All times are ET

Parking
Any available space, however at least on day one, should try to park in Blue Lot since pickup for credentials and sign-in is at the Ticket Office at Gate 9.

Credentials
Those of you with season-long credentials will use those for admittance. Those who have season-long credentials and have not picked those up, they will be available at the Ticket Office at Gate 9. We will need you to sign in each day to verify compensation. The Pass Gate opens for workers two and one-half hours before each game. If you encounter parking control in the blue lot on Friday, we have been advised to tell you to tell the attendant that you are picking up will call credentials.

Report Time
Pass Gate opens three hours before. On Friday, if you come earlier, come around to the Security Gate at Gate 1 (Northeast corner of stadium) and tell the security guard you are helping with setup. We will have worker credentials in our office at field level until 11 a.m. when the pass gate opens.

Setup
For those who have volunteered, our staff will report to the stadium on Thursday at 1:30, and then on Friday at 8:30, and will start final field set up around 9:00. We would love any and all help distributing signs, etc. as well as the Thursday movement of those pads, etc.

Food tickets
Will be available each day at the credential pickup window at the Ticket Office. See Bruce Lynch or Marilyn Mitchell. You can get a meal voucher that is used at most concession stands for a value of $10 (they will not issue change). There is no hospitality room.

Dress
Bring rain gear for sure, especially Friday and be prepared for cold all weekend.
