07/28/2026 – KHSAA360 Webinar Series: Entering Game Stats for Admins and Coaches

As a continuation of the joint KHSAA/Arbiter Tuesday Webinar Series, our next webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, at 2 PM ET.  KHSAA and Arbiter Staff will instruct users on the new KHSAA 360 Stat Entry System, which rolled out to schools on Wednesday, July 15. Priority should be given to Fall sports at this time. As the system is refined throughout the school year, additional training would be necessary for Winter and Spring Coaches.

 

To be clear:  Schools will no longer enter stats at our legacy site of oidc.khsaa.org beginning this school year – they will be entered in 360/Arbiter, via a “Stats” button that is located to the right of the score entry button on any high school’s schedule page.  Scores and stats are now entered in one location.

It will also be available as an on-demand recording at the completion of the webinar for any users (accessed via the original registration link above).  As the stat entry is being fine-tuned, this webinar will be followed by additional training.

Most will notice a long-requested feature: the ability to import stats from a third-party system into our stat entry system via a downloadable template.  This will be demonstrated in this webinar, following instructions on traditional, manual web-based entry.
