Thank you for agreeing to work the final weekend of the 2023 Clark’s Pump-n-Shop Softball State Tournament presented by UK HealthCare. Below is the list of your duties and explanations of reporting times (all times Eastern Time zone).

EVENT DETAILS
Date: June 9-10

TEAM ATTENDANTS

Heather Cavitt, Diane Griffitt

• Arrive by 8:00 AM Friday, 12:30 PM Saturday. 
• Greet team at the front gate, escort them to the warm-up area, collect line-up cards from coaches, and coordinate their warm-up times/areas.
• Assist with getting teams to the proper dugout (the top team in the bracket is home and uses the 3B Dugout). 
• Review timeline with coaches (infield, anthem protocols per grid)
• Assist with securing postgame recognitions (All-tourney, MVP, etc.)
  • After each game on Friday, the losing team will get 2 all-tournament team members and a Semifinalist trophy. Saturday, each team gets 3 all-tournament team (winning team is 2 plus the MVP). 
• Monitoring of dugout. Only 30 total in the dugout. Only 21 can be in uniform and participate in on-field warm-ups, etc.
• Monitoring of media in camera wells (not in or on the dugout)
• Monitor the dugout for any damage
• Assist with Media vest return
• The attendant with the first base dugout should be advised that we will bring officials through the side gate and not the dugout. 

TICKET GATE

Rick Bridges, Kathy Johnston 

• Arrive by 9:00 AM Friday, 1:30 PM Saturday. 
• Operate the box office and help desk (troubleshoot) any issues at the ticket gate.
• UK will provide 2 workers that will be the redeemers of tickets.
• The two of you should really be the ticket sellers (if any) and the help desk should fans have any issues. 

PA ANNOUNCER 

Danny Perkins 

• Arrive by 9:00 AM Friday, 1:00 PM Saturday. 
• Anniversary Teams on Saturday. 
• Coordinate all timing (including infield warm-up), announcements and promotions schedule.

OFFICIAL’S COORDINATOR

JT Taylor

• Please arrive by 9:30 AM Friday, 1:30 PM Saturday. 
• Escort officials to the locker room
• Escort officials on & off field
