01/18/24 – PlayVS Nintendo Switch System Spring ‘24 Promotion

On the heels of the announcement that PlayVS is now 100% free to play for all KHSAA Member High Schools, we want to make certain that you are aware of an exciting promotional offer.

 

Offer: High schools enrolling in a Nintendo Game league (Super Smash Bros.™ Ultimate, Splatoon™ 3, or Mario Kart™ 8 Deluxe) for Spring 2024 are eligible for a Nintendo Switch bundle and game codes. Supplies are limited; schools will be notified by their representatives if they qualify.

Offer Eligibility: Offer is limited to high schools in the United States enrolled in a PlayVS Super Smash Bros.™ Ultimate, Splatoon™ 3, or Mario Kart™ 8 Deluxe league for the Spring 2024 season OR a PlayVS Mario Kart™ 8 Deluxe PlayVS Unified League. Offer is limited to schools that have not previously received a Nintendo Switch System bundle from PlayVS.

Requirements: Eligible high schools must enroll at least one team in a KHSAA/PlayVS Nintendo league by 2/16/24 at 11:59 PM.  

 

 

Schools will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. A school’s Nintendo team must compete in at least five (5) regular season matches during the Spring of 2024. To ensure fairness, completed matches will include matches that a team has participated in, as well as matches where a team is forfeited on.  If a school’s Nintendo team fails to complete five matches, they will be invoiced for the amount corresponding to the bundle received (see the Prizing section for bundle values).

Qualifying School Announcement: PlayVS will notify qualifying schools, collect shipping information, and deliver Nintendo Switch bundles starting mid to late January 2024.

Prizing: Nintendo Early Enrollment Promotion bundles include 1x Nintendo Switch [V2] Red/Blue ($299.99 USD MSRP), 1x PowerA Nintendo Switch Controller ($22.99 USD MSRP), 1x Switch LAN Adapter ($29.99 USD MSRP), 1x 12-month Nintendo online subscription ($19.99 USD MSRP), and a game code for each Nintendo game league with an enrolled team:  1x Super Smash Bros.™ Ultimate game code ($59.99 USD MSRP) + Super Smash Bros.™ Ultimate DLC ($60.97 USD MSRP), and/or 1x Splatoon™ 3 ($59.99 USD MSRP) and/or 1x Mario Kart™ 8 Deluxe($59.99 USD MSRP). The total MSRP of each Nintendo Early Enrollment Promotion bundle is $432.95 USD for enrolling in Splatoon 3 OR Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, $493.92 USD for enrolling in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, $553.91 USD for enrolling in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Splatoon 3 or Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, $553.91 USD for enrolling in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, $492.94 USD for enrolling in Splatoon 3 and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and $613.90 USD for enrolling in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Splatoon 3. Only one Nintendo Early Enrollment Promotion bundle may be awarded to a school.

General: No substitutions. PlayVS reserves the right to alter or end the promotion for any reason prior to the delivery of the Nintendo Switch bundle. Shipping times may vary, and bundle delivery before the regular season starts is not guaranteed.
