KHSAA and PlayVS have extended the Early Bird Registration Deadline.  Please enroll your program and teams prior to Friday, September 4th, to take advantage of the discounted membership prices.

2026-27 Pricing

The flat annual PlayVS membership covers both Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 competitive State seasons, all PlayVS Regional competitions, unlimited teams & roster sizes, PlayVS Recruit for your entire school, live match-day support and more:

High School Annual License: $595.00 per building ($495.00 discounted rate if completed by Friday, September 4, 2026).
Middle School Annual License: $495.00 per building ($395.00 discounted rate if completed by Friday, September 4, 2026). Kentucky Middle Schools are eligible to register for and compete in either the Eastern or Central PlayVS Regional leagues, depending on their time zone. There are no official KHSAA Middle School competitions.

How to Register & Finalize Payment (2-Step Process)

Step 1: Enroll Your Teams

Go to app.playvs.com and log in to (or create) your coach/administrator account.
Click the Manage Teams tab and select Manage Enrollments to enroll your student teams.

Step 2: Finalize Payment

Click Complete Enrollment, or here if you have already enrolled teams, and select one (1) of three (3) payment methods:

1. Credit Card: Pay instantly via credit card or Apple Pay through Stripe Checkout to fully unlock your program.
2. Request Invoice: Enter your billing contact details and optional Purchase Order (PO) number. If you don’t provide a purchase order, you will be asked to accept our agreement terms. Please allow 1 business day after requesting your invoice for it to be emailed to you and the billing contact provided
3. Fundraise: Select Fundraise for Your Program. Enter your participating player count to generate your campaign goal, and your platform access will unlock immediately, no waiting for raised funds to clear! (Note: Early Bird rates do not apply to fundraising campaigns, and a 10% administrative fee applies to funds raised). PlayVS Deficit Protection Guarantee: If your program launches a fundraising campaign in good faith but falls short of your site license total, PlayVS absorbs the remaining balance. No student or school will be turned away due to financial shortfalls.
