09/08/26 – Competitive Cheer Rules Clinic Now Available
The required KHSAA Competitive Cheer Rules Clinic is now available through your Arbitersports Eligibility Dashboard.
The clinic is required for all coaches (varsity, junior varsity, and freshmen), regardless of whether or not the coach receives pay.
Note: When you click the ” View Clinic ” link from your dashboard, a “Guestbook” will pop up.
Do not change the email address that is prepopulated in the guestbook. If you change it, the credit will not be reflected on your dashboard. The guestbook email address is your Arbiter username. If you need to update your email address in Arbiter, please do so from your Profile (located in the upper-right-hand corner by clicking the icon).
Deadlines for Coaches:
- September 8 – September 28: The clinic may be viewed at no charge during this period.
- September 29 – October 23: The clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($100) during this period.
- October 24 – November 6: The clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($200) per the schedule in Bylaw 27 during this period. After this time, the clinic will be unavailable, and therefore, the coach will not be able to participate in the postseason.
The presentation can be viewed on most PC and Mac desktops and laptops, as well as many HTML5-enabled mobile devices and tablets.
Prior to beginning this clinic, please test your browser for compatibility by running the test at the following link:

Note: If you are using an Apple iOS device (iPad/iPhone), then you will either need to:
You will be required to advance each slide. Once you reach the last slide of the presentation, you will receive credit for the clinic and a completion certificate via email. You will also be able to download your certificate at the end. I recommend doing that as well.
It can take up to an hour for the clinic completion to post to your Eligibility Dashboard. Please, DO NOT re-take the clinic. As long as you have your certificate, you will receive credit.
You do not have to view the clinic in its entirety in a single session. You can exit and resume at any time – but it has to occur on the same device! When you return, simply click or tap on the Play Icon to resume.
If you have trouble logging into your ArbiterSports account, please reach out to our dedicated KHSAA Arbiter Support team at khsaa@arbitersports.com
Thank you, and have a great season!
