MileSplit, a division of FloSports, has entered into an agreement with the Kentucky High School Athletic Association to be the exclusive provider of online registration and live results for cross country and track & field throughout the regular season and postseason. KHSAA member schools are to exclusively use the MileSplit platform for all events including all pre-season, regular season and postseason, for the indoor, outdoor, and cross-country seasons. Standardizing registration and live scoring for scholastic events streamlines and centralizes the location of all results and performances for Kentucky high school athletes in track and field and cross country. Below are a few additional reminders for coaches or meet managers:

  • Any coach who has hosted a meet and has a meet page can upload their results quickly to the platform.
  • Results must be in flat HTML format or .txt format in order to upload correctly.
  • To download results from Hytek:
    • Click on File > Export > Semi-colon Delimited Results.
    • Save to your computer. Only .txt or .csv files are accepted.
    • 1. Click “Meet Manager” on the Meet page
    • 2. Click “Meet Results”
    • 3. Click “Upload Results” and choose the file you saved to your computer to upload.
    • 4. Click “Submit”

In order to seamlessly integrate with MileSplit and fulfill these requirements, it is recommended that the MeetPro software system be used by meet managers and teams for cross country and track.  A free 30-day trial is available for all KHSAA coaches and timers. If you have any questions or would like a link to the free trial, please reach out to Alonso Rodriguez at alonso@flosports.tv.
