08/07/26 – Brooks Future Run Team Grants – Applications Now Open for 2026 Cross Country Programs

The NFHS is proud to continue its partnership with Brooks Running, Inc., which began in 2023, in support of high school cross country and track and field programs across the country. Through the Future Run Team Grants Program, more than 300 high schools have already received over $4 million in gear and financial support.

We are pleased to share that applications for the 2026 Cross Country grants are now open. This Fall, Brooks will award an additional $500,000 in gear and funding to selected programs. Each grant recipient will receive:

• Shoes and apparel for up to 50 athletes (up to $17,000 MSRP)
• A $1,000 cash stipend to support program needs such as meet entry fees, transportation, or pay-to-play costs
