10/20/25- Required Rules Clinics Available for Head and Assistant Coaches in Basketball

We apologize for any duplicate notifications. However, during our ongoing transition and migration of our school data system, we are attempting to ensure that notices are sent through multiple channels.

The mandatory online KHSAA Rules Clinic for the sport of Basketball is available through your KHSAA360/ArbiterSports Eligibility Dashboard. Please excuse the production delay as there have been issues with planned elements and video review that have now resulted in those being removed and the clinic posted.

• The clinic is required of all coaches (varsity, junior varsity, and freshmen), regardless of whether or not the coach receives pay.

Below is additional information:

• October 20 to November 9 – The basketball clinic may be viewed at no charge during this period.
• November 10 to February 7 – The basketball clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($100) during this period.
• February 8 to February 22 – the basketball clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($200) per Bylaw 27 scheduled during this period.
• After this time, postseason penalties per Bylaw 27 will apply.
• The clinic will not be ​r​eopened after that date.

​Format

• The presentation can be viewed on most PC ​and Mac desktops and laptops, as well as on many HTML5-enabled mobile devices and tablets. If you have issues, test your browser for compatibility by running the test at the following link:

• You will be required to advance each slide. Once you advance to the last slide of the presentation, ​you will receive credit for the clinic.
• You do not have to view the clinic in its entirety in one setting. You can exit and resume at any time. When you return, simply click or tap on the Play Icon to resume.  Note ​t​hat this must occur on the same device; you cannot resume on a different device at this time.
• Each person who views the clinic must be logged into their account in order to receive credit. If taken using anyone else’s email address other than your own (including your administrator’s), you will have to ​r​etake the clinic.
