This notice is being sent to individuals listed as of yesterday as having tickets on hold for this year’s boys’ Sweet 16® for which the payment does not show as completed. You will receive notices through Friday, February 18, which is the extended deadline to complete the purchase. Unrenewed seats are subject to release and re-sale to other patrons.

Notice has been emailed about your tickets on multiple occasions. This reminder is also be sent via SMS text in case of email changes.

FIRST – CHECK YOUR TICKET ACCOUNT FOR YOUR TICKETS
Below is a list of instructions. If you prefer, a video tutorial is online and can be viewed BY CLICKING THIS LINK

Here are the step by step instructions-
  • Go to the website rupparena.com/account on your mobile browser
  • In the top right of that page, you will see a button to sign in, which is a person inside a circle, next to the shopping cart.
    • If you don’t already have an account, click the sign-up button near the bottom of the login-box.
    • If you do have an account, you should simply be able to login using your email and password and see your tickets.
  • Password Information
    • Password reset is simple if you have forgotten by clicking “Forgot Password” and following the instructions
    • You may be automatically asked to reset your password and verify your phone and address. This helps the box office staff ensure that only you have access to your account.
  • Email Address verification and maintenance
    • If your email has changed, this could likely be the reason for the problem in finding your tickets. Send an email to boxoffice@rupparena.com or contact 859-233-3535 to give them the new email address.
    • All logins are triggered by the email address, so it is critical that this address be kept current with the box office both now and in the future.
  • Other troubleshooting tips
    • If you are having trouble seeing tickets and have to email or call, it would be helpful if you were able to reference your Ticketmaster account id. Once you log in, you can see this id by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen and clicking My Profile. Your number will be on the left side of the screen directly below your name.
IF YOU RECEIVED THIS TEXT BUT DID NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL REMINDERS

If you are or have been unable to see your reminder emails or the invoice for your tickets, please perform the following steps –

  • CHECK EMAIL SPAM FILTER
    • In many cases, we are finding that the email from the box office email program is going into the user’s spam/junk filter. Please add the following email address to your contact lists lexingtoncenterboxoffice@engage.ticketmaster.com so you don’t miss any future emails from the box office.
    • Check your spam or junk email filter. Be sure that you don’t have an email in the spam or junk filter from boxoffice@rupparena.com.
  • If you have that email, there should be a link to pay for the tickets or you can login into your account as referenced above.
PHONE
  • You can also contact the box office at 859-233-3535 to arrange for payment of your invoice if you are unable to use the link, or want to alert them that you will not be renewing your order.
  • Be aware that the staff will queue your call if they have other shows or other callers that have them all occupier, but they will get right back to you if you leave a message.
NOTE ABOUT ELECTRONIC TICKETING
  • Once the advance sales are done, you will be given additional information about the use of your tickets, including transferring individual sessions to other users, a tremendous feature of the ticket system.
  • Again, please note that you will likely receive additional emails as we move forward. Arena procedures and changes will be reviewed.

OTHER (CURRENT AS OF 2/15/22)

  • In accordance with CDC guidelines, at this time there will be no attendance restrictions and no requirements relative to mask-wearing, however, it will remain recommended.
  • Those feeling the need to wear masks should do so and it will be permitted.
  • All attendees not fully vaccinated are recommended to wear a mask/face covering.
OTHER TICKET HOLDERS
  • If you know of other regular ticket holders who have not received renewal orders, it is likely an issue with their email address or phone.
  • Have them contact the box office and they will be able to clarify the record.
  • The Rupp box office staff has done a SUPER job trying to rebuild the records from 2020 over these couple of months to get people back to their “old” seats and we are most appreciative.
DEADLINE
  • The extended renewal deadline is Friday, February 18 at which time the seats are subject to cancellation.
  • As we close in on the deadline of Friday, you will also likely receive text messages from our texting system.
  • If you see a message from the text number 270-578-5640, that is a legitimate text from the KHSAA and will generally start by saying “FR:KHSAA”.
