10/20/25- Required Rules Clinics Available for Licensed Officials in Basketball

The online KHSAA Rules Clinic for officials in the sport of basketball is available through Arbitersports at khsaaofficials.org. This clinic is part of the requirements for postseason eligibility in basketball for ​the 2026 season.

For full instructions on how to access your Eligibility options to complete the Online Rules Clinic, see the following:

• Go to khsaaofficials.org ​, which should take you directly to the main ArbiterSports site.
• If you have issues with that address, on your web browser, go to https://khsaa.arbitersports.com/front/104219/Site (which transfers you to the arbiter platform)
• Click Eligibility
• Select 2025-2​6 Post-Season Basketball
• Select Enroll (this is basically requesting to be considered eligible for postseason)
• You should then be able to take the clinic by clicking on “Take Online Clinics​.“

Below is additional information:

• October 20 to November 9 – The basketball clinic may be viewed at no charge during this period.
• November 10 to January 31 – The basketball clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($30) during this period.
• February 1 to February 15 – the basketball clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($60) per Bylaw 27 scheduled during this period.
• After this time, postseason penalties per Bylaw 27 will apply.
• The clinic will not be ​r​eopened after that date.

The presentation can be viewed on most PC ​and Mac desktops and laptops, as well as on many HTML5-enabled mobile devices and tablets. If you have issues, test your browser for compatibility by running the test at the following link:

You will be required to advance each slide. Once you advance to the last slide of the presentation, ​you will receive credit for the clinic.

You do not have to view the clinic in its entirety in one setting. You can exit and resume at any time. When you return, simply click or tap on the Play Icon to resume.  Note ​t​hat this must occur on the same device; you cannot resume on a different device at this time.

Each person who views the clinic must be logged into their account in order to receive credit. If taken using anyone else’s email address other than your own (including your administrator’s), you will have to ​r​etake the clinic.
