MANAGING YOUR TICKETS
- Below is a list of instructions. If you prefer, a video tutorial is online and can be viewed BY CLICKING THIS LINK
- Here are the step by step instructions-
- Go to the website rupparena.com/account on your mobile browser
- In the top right of that page, you will see a button to sign in, which is a person inside a circle, next to the shopping cart.
- If you don’t already have an account, click the sign-up button near the bottom of the login-box.
- If you do have an account, you should simply be able to login using your email and password and see your tickets.
- Password Information
- Password reset is simple if you have forgotten by clicking “Forgot Password” and following the instructions
- You may be automatically asked to reset your password and verify your phone and address as this helps the box office staff ensure that only you have access to your account.
- Email Address verification and maintenance
- All logins are triggered by the email address, so it is critical that this address be kept current with the box office both now and in the future so that you will receive a renewal ticket order.
- Other troubleshooting tips
- If you are having trouble seeing tickets and have to email or call, it would be helpful if you were able to reference your Ticketmaster account id.
- Once you log in, you can see this id by clicking on your name in the top right of the screen and clicking My Profile. Your number will be on the left side of the screen directly below your name.
- IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, CHECK EMAIL SPAM FILTER
- In many cases, we are finding that the email from the box office email program is going into the user’s spam/junk filter.
- Please add the following email address to your contact lists lexingtoncenterboxoffice@engage.ticketmaster.com so you don’t miss any future emails from the box office.
- Check your spam or junk email filter. Be sure that you don’t have an email in the spam or junk filter from boxoffice@rupparena.com
