Pursuant to KRS 61.826(2), Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) Board of Control President Greg Howard has called a special meeting of the Board of Control for Tuesday morning, September 2, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

• The agenda for the meeting is a single item, the consideration of the final proposal(s) to be considered by the Annual Meeting of the membership on September 18.
• The agenda is posted online at https://portal.ksba.org/public/Agency.aspx?PublicAgencyID=4374&AgencyTypeID=1&BeginDate=07-01-2025&EndDate=06-30-2026
• Per KRS 61.826(3), the meeting will be conducted by video conference, with all members requested to join via the Zoom platform, and no member will attend the meeting at the KHSAA offices.
• All members of the Board of Control joining the meeting shall remain visible on camera at all times while business is being conducted.
• Any member of the general public or media desiring to view the meeting may do so in the Theatre/Board room of the KHSAA main office at 2280 Executive Drive in Lexington.
• The recording of the meeting will be posted on the KHSAA YouTube Channel no later than September 3, 2025.
