07/15/25 – KHSAA360: Importing New Students for 2025-26

A quick reminder for those schools that do not use Arbiter Registration, you can import incoming 7th graders (and any other new students) into your Eligibility>Student List.  This may save you time, especially for a larger school.  Remember that new students must be on the student list in order for them to be selected on individual rosters.

 

To import:

As long as you can get an export from any student system that you are using, you can simply copy and paste into those columns.  You can enter as much information as you want, but obviously, you would need to at least import the basics of student ID, name, and graduating year.

 

Once the file is created and saved, then you simply click on the upload button on the Import students page, find the file and you should be good to go:
