In preparation for the 2026 Regional Bowling Tournaments, KHSAA would like to remind member schools of the postseason entry process.

Each participating school must designate its postseason bowling roster through the school’s Arbiter page prior to the regional tournament. This roster is separate from the regular-season varsity roster and should be completed by the bowling head coach or Athletic Director. Postseason roster information is used for regional planning as well as advanced preparation for state-qualifying teams and individuals. Student-athletes must be listed on the postseason roster in order to compete in the postseason.

Regional Entries (BW110)

Once the postseason roster is submitted, coaches may enter regional participants using Form BW 110. This online form is now open and accepts entries for:

  • Boys and girls teams

  • Boys and girls individual competitors

Entries must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the first day of the regional tournament. Submitted forms are automatically sent to the appropriate Regional Manager to assist with scheduling, lane assignments, and other logistics.

Please note: Any BW 110 forms submitted prior to January 8, 2026, should be resubmitted to ensure they are received by the correct Regional Manager.

Submit BW 110 entries using the link below:

Unified and Adapted Bowling Entries (BW127)

KHSAA will again offer Unified (in partnership with Special Olympics Kentucky) and Adapted regional and state bowling competitions.

Unified partner athletes and special athletes must be listed on the Unified postseason roster in Arbiter. Schools wishing to participate must check the Unified Team option and enter all Unified student-athletes on the postseason roster prior to the regional tournament.

From the postseason roster, coaches may submit Unified and/or Adapted regional entries using Form BW 127. This online form is currently open. Entries are due four (4) days prior to the first day of the regional tournament. Each school may enter up to eight (8) Unified pairs into the postseason. Adapted athletes are also entered using BW 127.

Do not use BW 110 for Unified or Adapted entries. Any BW 127 forms submitted prior to January 7, 2026, should be resubmitted to ensure proper delivery to the Regional Manager.
