Thank you for helping with the 2025 KHSAA State Cheer and Dance Championships presented by UK HealthCare as a part of the webstreaming crew.  Here are some pertinent details to help you prepare for the events. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

EVENT DETAILS

CHECK-IN
Please enter through the team/officials/workers’ gate at the front of the school, as indicated on the map above.  Not the front “ticket” gate.

If you have the KHSAA season-long Event credential, please bring that.  If this is the first event of the year you are working and have received one in the past, you can pick up the 25-26 one at this time.  If not, a general event staff badge will be issued.

ATTIRE
Dress comfortably and keep in mind the weather forecast.  You will not be on camera during the broadcast.

MEALS
We will have boxed meals from the concession stand (assortment of chicken, BBQ, chili dogs, pork sandwiches). If you require otherwise, please plan accordingly.
