2/11/26 – Financials and Procedures Sections Now Open for Title IX

The Procedures (legacy GE01 form) and Financial (Legacy T35 form) sections of the April 30, 2026, Annual Title IX report are now open for entry.

 

In summary, the Procedures section is where you document your required seasonal Gender Equity Review Committee Meetings. The Financials section is where you enter last year’s (2024-2025) final, audited team financial information.

 

Information Technology Director Rob Catron made an instructional video on March 11, 2025, describing these two sections. It can be found at the following link:

Important: If you have technical issues/questions about the online forms, please let Mr. Catron know (rcatron@khsaa.org). If you have specific questions about what goes into the forms, please reach out to me in our office (dbilberry@khsaa.org). Mr. Catron can only help with system-related technical issues, and I can provide instructions on what constitutes these forms.

 

As an update, our KHSAA360 development team is in the process of completing the “Survey” section of the 2026 Title IX report, which will allow you to enter your results from your 2025-2026 Student Interest Survey. We hope to have this up and running sometime between now and the state basketball tournaments.
