The required KHSAA Football Online Rules Clinic is now available through your Arbitersports Eligibility Dashboard on KHSAA360.

COACHES

  • Coaches should look for the 25-26 Eligibility tab labeled 2025-26 Football and clearly labeled Coaching at https://app.arbitersports.com/eligibility/coach
  • The clinic is required for all coaches (varsity, junior varsity, and freshmen), regardless of whether or not the coach receives pay.

OFFICIALS

FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS

  • If you have forgotten your password, you will need to set your password on the arbitersports.com login screen (select “Forgot Password”).

DEADLINES – COACHES

  • August 18 to September 7 – the clinic may be viewed at no charge during this period.
  • September 8 to October 18 – the clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($100) during this period.
  • October 19 to November 2 – the clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($200) per the Bylaw 27 schedule during this period. After this time, the clinic will be unavailable, and postseason penalties per Bylaw 27 will apply.

DEADLINES – OFFICIALS

  • August 18 to September 7 – the clinic may be viewed at no charge during this period.
  • September 8 to October 11 – the clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($30) during this period.
  • October 12 to October 26 – the clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($60) per the Bylaw 27 schedule during this period.
  • After this time, the clinic will be unavailable, and postseason assignments will not be available.

  • The presentation can be viewed on most PC or Mac desktops and laptops, along with many HTML5-enabled mobile devices and tablets. 
  • NOTE: If you are using an Apple iOS device (iPad/iPhone), then you will either need to:
  • Prior to beginning this clinic, please test your browser for compatibility by running the test at the following link:
  • Other Clinic Notes
    • You will be required to advance each slide.
    • Once you advance to the last slide of the presentation, you will receive credit for the clinic and receive a completion certificate via email.
    • NOTE: It can take up to an hour for the clinic completion to post to your Eligibility Dashboard.
    • Please, DO NOT re-take the clinic.
    • As long as you see the Green “Completion Criteria: Met” message once you finish the last slide, you will receive credit (and be emailed a completion certificate).
    • You do not have to view the clinic in its entirety in one setting.
    • You can exit and resume at any time.
    • When you return, simply click or tap on the Play Icon to resume. 
  • Note this has to occur on the same device – you cannot resume on a different device at this time.
  • Each person who views the clinic must be logged into their account in order to receive credit.
  • If taken using anyone else’s e-mail address other than your own (including your administrator’s), you will have to retake the clinic.

About the Kentucky High School Athletic Association
The Kentucky High School Athletic Association was organized in 1917 and is the agency designated by the Kentucky Department of Education to manage high school athletics in the Commonwealth. The Association is a voluntary nonprofit 501(c)3 organization made up of 290 member schools, both public and non-public. The KHSAA awards 229 state championships to 59 teams and 178 individuals in 13 sports and six sport activities, funds catastrophic insurance coverage for its more than 109,000 rostered member school student-athletes, provides coaching education and sports safety programs for more than 12,000 coaches, and licenses and facilitates the distribution of training material for over 4,000 contest officials.
