Be sure to complete your registration before the midnight deadline on April 10. Schools can pre-register using the designated links for their division:

Arrow Scores Registration Girls Division

It’s important to note that this process only requires pre-registration. Coaches will not select flight times, as those will be assigned by our office. Flight times are included in the official championship schedule provided below.

For a full overview of the event, please review the 2026 KHSAA State Archery Instructions on the KHSAA website.

Qualifiers

Advancement to the State Tournament is determined at the regional level. The top two teams from each Region Tournament will qualify, along with the top three individual archers from each region who are not part of a qualifying team. See the full list of qualifiers below:

Girls Qualifiers
Boys/Coed Qualifiers

Lane Assignments

Once registration closes, our office will assign range/ lane assignments. These assignments are randomized and will be distributed ahead of the Championship. Neither archers nor coaches may request changes to these assignments.

Schedule

The official 2026 KHSAA State Archery Championship Schedule and Flight Times are available on the website. Flight times were determined after careful consideration of multiple factors, including travel, with the goal of minimizing or eliminating overnight stays. Due to the complexity of the scheduling process, our office will not accept requests to adjust flight times.

If any changes become necessary after registration closes due to capacity considerations, an updated schedule will be shared with schools and posted on the website.

Ticket Information

Tickets are available now on GoFan and may be purchased in advance or at the door. Please note that on-site purchases will be card only—cash will not be accepted.
