10/14/26 – Swimming & Diving Online Rules Clinic for Coaches and Officials Now Available

October 14, 2026 Swimming Blog Updates

The required KHSAA Swimming and Diving Online Rules Clinic is now available through your Arbitersports Eligibility Dashboard.

The clinic is required for ALL coaches (varsity, junior varsity, and freshmen), regardless of whether they receive pay.

If you have yet to log into the KHSAA360 (Arbitersports.com) system prior to receiving this email, you will need to set your password on the arbitersports.com login screen (select “Forgot Password”).

Note: When you click the ” View Clinic ” link from your dashboard, a “Guestbook” will pop up.

Do not change the email address that is prepopulated in the guestbook. If you change it, the credit will not be reflected on your dashboard. The guestbook email address is your Arbiter username. If you need to update your email address in Arbiter, please do so from your Profile (located in the upper-right-hand corner by clicking the icon).

November 4 – December 26 – The clinic may be viewed for the makeup fee ($30) during this period.

The presentation can be viewed on most PC and Mac desktops and laptops, as well as many HTML5-enabled mobile devices and tablets.

Prior to beginning this clinic, please test your browser for compatibility by running the test at the following link:

https://www.brainshark.com/SystemCheck/SystemCheck.asp

Note: If you are using an Apple iOS device (iPad/iPhone), then you will either need to:

Disable Safari browser’s pop-up blocker, or
Install the Chrome browser from the iOS App Store

You will be required to advance each slide. Once you reach the last slide of the presentation, you will receive credit for the clinic and a completion certificate via email. You will also be able to download your certificate at the end. I recommend doing that as well.

It can take up to an hour for the clinic completion to post to your Eligibility Dashboard.  Please, DO NOT re-take the clinic. As long as you have your certificate, you will receive credit.

You do not have to view the clinic in its entirety in a single session. You can exit and resume at any time – but it has to occur on the same device! When you return, simply click or tap on the Play Icon to resume.

If you have trouble logging into your ArbiterSports account, please reach out to our dedicated KHSAA Arbiter Support team at khsaa@arbitersports.com
