Thank you for committing to work the 2026 Boys and Girls Lacrosse State Tournaments, presented by UK HealthCare. Below, you’ll find a list of your assigned duties and reporting times (all times are listed in Eastern Time).

EVENT DETAILS

May 18-20 at Great Crossing High School

GAME TIMES

Games are at 5:00 & 8:00 each night

Monday – Boys Semis

Tuesday – Girls Semis

Wednesday – Boys & Girls Championships

CHECK-IN

All workers will check-in at the main entrance to the field with KHSAA staff

PARKING

All workers can park in the main parking lot and enter through the ticket gate.

MEALS

You will be provided with meal tickets that can be used at the concession stands each night.

WORKERS ASSIGNMENTS

Ticket Gate:  (MON/ TUE) Kathy Johnston, Kathy Smith, Barb Kok, (WED) Donna Bumps, Chris Bumps, Rachel Angolia

• Arrival time – 3:15
• All tickets are on mobile devices through GoFan.
• No-rentry and No wristbands
• We will have 2-3 box office units available. Kara Howard and Darren Bilberry will also be at the main gate to assist.

Team Check-In:  Jeanie Molloy

• Teams can be dropped off at the main gate. Each team will be assigned a locker room.

Worker/ Official/ Media Check-In: Jenny Elder

• The officials coordinator will meet them in the back parking lot and radio you once they have all arrived.

Team Attendants: (MON) James Webb, Jimmy Powell;  (TUE/WED) James Webb, Casey Fisk

• Arrive by 3:15
• Teams will drop off at the main gate and check-in. Each team is assigned a locker room in the field house.
• Assist with trophy presentations and all-tournament team

Public Address Announcer: Robbie Gift (ALL)

• Arrive by 4:00
• PA scripts will be provided for you.
• Brian Milam from our office will be in the press box to assist you.
• A spotter will sit between you and the stat crew to assist with signal calls from the field.

Clock Operator: (MON) Kim Gift; (TUE) Elsie

• Arrive by 4:00 each day

Main Parking Attendant: (MON/ WED) Rick Bridges; (TUE) Jimmy Powell

• Arrive by 3:00
• All teams will drop off at the main gate.
• Buses can park in the main parking lot over to the far right for easy exit.
• Assist with monitoring gate to unused bleachers when not parking.

Back Gate to Baseball Field: (ALL) Caleb Morrison

• Monitor gate and direct all foot traffic to ticket gate. Baseball will be playing some evenings.

Field House Parking Gate: (MON/ WED) Mitchell Krahulik; (TUE) Carrie Kelty

• Monitor the back parking lot
• KHSAA Staff and Officials Only

Officials Coordinator: David Seewer (MON/WED) & Shekhar Singh (TUE/ WED)

• Arrive by 3:30
• Meet officials in back parking lot and escort to their locker room.
• Escort officials on and off the field before, during and after the game.
• On field during the game to coordinate any communication between the field and the pressbox.

Stat Crew & Spotters:

• Arrive by 4:00

 

KHSAA STAFF

Monday – Navy 

Tuesday – Gray

Wednesday –  Black shirt
