May 26, 2023 Advanced Workshop 2023-2024

This workshop will be held in Lexington at the Lexington Hilton Downtown and will offer a deep dive into current Constitution and Bylaws provisions, use of forms and operational notes. This meeting will be held on August 29, 2023. This meeting will count for six hours of the hours required for the Athletic Director’s continual improvement in Bylaw 25.

REGISTRATION
Registration is open and online at https://schools.khsaa.org/ge47-advanced-athletic-administrators-institute-form/. There is no charge for the registration.

MEETING FORMAT AND MATERIAL
The meeting will only be offered this year as an in-person option only.

Meeting material will be posted on the KHSAA website and all registered attendees will be provided any update.

HOUSING
For those who may need housing (or who may stay for the regional meeting the next day at the same site with a different curriculum), you can use Hilton.com, search for Lexington downtown, and use the meeting code KHSAAS for a discounted rate.

SCHEDULE
We will begin at 8:00 a.m. Registration will begin around 7:30. We will adjourn not later than 2:30 pm.

LUNCH
Time will be provided on the agenda for you to either use the Hilton restaurant for lunch, or visit a nearby restaurant.

PARKING
Will be in the adjacent parking garage.
