THANK YOU FOR GIVING OF YOUR TIME AND TALENTS!

SUBJECT TO CHANGE

We appreciate your flexibility to work again this year in whatever role in which you are able to work.

Thanks to all of you who we have talked with throughout the fall about working! If you have issues contact Kara Howard (khoward@khsaa.org or 502-682-7564) Julian Tackett (jtackett@khsaa.org or 859-229-3916) or Butch Cope (bcope@khsaa.org or 859-351-1833). Please contact any of the three of these people if you have a conflict and cannot work.

We will let you know if anything changes on assignments.

Additional Communication

Any additional written communication will come from Kara Howard, who is doing a wonderful job in her new position as a member of the event services team. Mr. Tackett and Mr. Cope will be your primary on-site contacts for this event. Mr. Tackett will primarily be working at field level while Mr. Cope will supervise the Commonwealth Tower Lobby and the press level along with Mr. Angolia. The preliminary worker’s list for the finals workers is online at CLICK HERE FOR THE LIST where you can verify your assignment. Please review the information on the attachment to be sure we are sending the communications team at UK the correct phone and email for wireless access.

  • Those of you with season-long credentials may use those for admittance. Others will be given credentials when you report.
  • Ms. Jenne DeAngelis will coordinate arrival times for the UK Sports Med trainers and Mr. Cope has coordinated arrival times for those involved with khsaa.tv.
